A graduate in Law from Universidade Vila Velha, Paulo Motta has been part of Advocacia Luciano Ceotto since July 2023, focusing on electoral, administrative, and civil law matters. Previously, he worked at MC&M Associados and at the Legislative Assembly of Espírito Santo, where he drafted constitutionality opinions in a parliamentary office.
He is a registered journalist and an IT technician trained at Ifes, a background that led him to organize debates on the impact of social media and artificial intelligence on the electoral process, and to closely study how new legal technologies are changing the way cases are handled.
